Why Nepal?-Why Prestige?

Being a specialized manpower recruiting agency, we would like to re-iterate that, today the demand for Nepalese Manpower is high and growing all the time. The Nepalese work force are rated high for capability of both their skill and capacity for hard working and dedication to the job even with low cost in terms of salary and transportation.

Over the past years, an increasing number of employment generating organizations from the Middle East and the East Asian countries have shown interest in hiring more workers than original labour supply from Nepal. This change is due to various reasons, some of which are:

  • Nepalese workers are renowned for their hard work, loyalty and their high sense of responsibility and discipline. Further, Nepalese workers are peace loving and extremely loyal to their employers and devoted to their duties.
  • The employers also get an advantage of wider choice due to availability of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled
  • Procedures and formalities for recruiting Nepalese workers for overseas employment are simple.
  • Nepalese workers are comparatively more cost effective and their hiring cost is lower as compared to other labour exporting companies.
  • Nepalese workers are experienced in working in the extreme climatic conditions.
  • Nepal is situated very close to labour importing countries and linked by air with almost all of the major countries of the world.

Whenever the recruitment is done from us, we always make sure that the right man is at the right job. We always try to assure by providing the accurate manpower for the stated job category.

On receipt of recruitment permission, we publish an advertisement in the national newspapers to collect applications of interested and qualified candidates. Applications thus received/collected are scrutinized by a committee for listing as per the requirements of the employer. Particulars of short listed applicants are sent to the employer if so advised or are kept ready for interview and final selection by the employer's selection team. The employer or employer's representatives then carry on with the interview and final selection of candidates for which the agent provides all necessary assistance and logistics.
